Kaiser's hiring process can take 3-6 months, be patient. They make a point of having interviewees speak with only relevant personnel. Since KP's marketing group uses focused analytics in its preparation for, execution and testing/measuring, a member of the analytics team will surely be part of the interview. The process takes a while, but it's to the point.

Kaiser nurses are striking at KP's medical facilities in Southern California. KP has been made aware of the pickets. What resources and processes will you use to communicate to members and employees on the situation and what to do if you encounter the strikers?

There were two interviews. The communication could have been better I was never told if I didn't get the role. Instead, my application was updated on the portal. Would really appreciate a proper email after final round of interview.

horrible experience; recruiter didn't know what they were doing and wasted my time with their canned questions. Very clear that they don't know what they're doing! I was embarrassed for their recruiting department on how poorly they train their recruiters.
