Multi-level interview. Had one interview with 2 people then called back for second interview with multi-panel interviewer's. Multiple people asking questions and writing as you answer. Asked questions that were expected to be asked but was somewhat intimidating.

Basic STAR interview questions, more interested in specialty experience, benefits ok for in state but not as great if you live out of state and telecommute. Be aware of scheduling with time zone if working from another state.
