Interviewed by a panel of physicians and managers. Questions on how I would deal with unruly patients, how I would handle some one who fell. Must apply online first . I was able yo transfer from another department which helped.

Basic STAR interview questions, more interested in specialty experience, benefits ok for in state but not as great if you live out of state and telecommute. Be aware of scheduling with time zone if working from another state.
