The hiring process was fairly easy when I joined. This is back when RNs really being hired left and right. Interviewed with the Nurse Manager, Director, and Assistant Manager. Was asked several clinical questions that pertain to the unit you are interested in. Once I was hired, the training began.

Basic STAR interview questions, more interested in specialty experience, benefits ok for in state but not as great if you live out of state and telecommute. Be aware of scheduling with time zone if working from another state.
