I submitted resume through consultant. Got a phonecall saying I was selected for initial round. It was 3 rounds. Phone interview, personal interview(technical questions) and last one was with HR. I got hired on the next day.

Panel Interview with hiring manager and top project managers. Initial phone interview. Final inperson interview with hiring manager. The interview took place in 1995 and has changed since then. Most interviews are screened now through telephone first.
