J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA)
Entretien
From hitting send on the application to starting my first day it took over 2.5 months, so be patient and don't get discouraged. Everyone I talked to was very nice. I had 3 interviews total (2 on the phone and 1 in person). First one was with a HR rep and next two with the hiring manager. Overall everyone really put me at ease so I could do my best in the interviews.

Question 1
The very first phone interview happened unscheduled. I got a call 2 weeks after the HR representative let me know they wanted to interview me. So as soon as they tell you they want to interview you, start preparing for that first call (it may be impromptu).
J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
technical interview, then individual interview, then panel interview. Happened fairly slow, but quick response time between interviews. manager was very quick to provide final decision and offered time to provide any other info that was relevant
The interview was very informal and informative. The hiring manager had very good knowledge of her departments and ran them well. She transferred to another department shortly thereafter and her replacement did not seem as confident

Question 1
Why are you looking to transition to the payer side of healthcare?
I was asked about how I stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks at once. The process lasted about two to three interview rounds. The final round was with 4 managers at Kaiser. There was one round that tested my Excel skills with a timed at-home assignment that had to be completed within an hour.
