Application process took a few months before hearing from the hiring manager to schedule an interview. Panel interview with 4 others, behavioral questions, resume-related questions and a situational questions. No case based questions or case presentations.

About two months after applying to the job posting, the Pharmacy Supervisor contacted me via email. We chatted briefly over the phone. He provided more details about the position, and we scheduled an in-person interview. During the next week, I interviewed in-person and received a job offer via phone. The interview itself was relaxed and consisted of behavioral questions. The interviewees were the hiring supervisor and a pharmacy supervisor from another location.
