J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente (Walnut Creek, CA) en févr. 2012
Entretien
I was initially referred by a co-worker. I applied for the job and was eventually called in for testing. Once I passed, I was called in for an interview. Shockingly, there were only two people present for the interview - the person who would become my manager and the director. Probably a few days after the interview I was offered the position. This initial process took about two weeks, but there was a lot of back and forth about the salary so the entire process from interview to actually starting was about a month.

Question 1
It's been a while, but the main ones I remember are tell us a little bit about yourself, what do you know about the department/position, How do you handle deadlines/prioritize your work, How do you handle sensitive information?...
Expect your first interview to be a case study without having time to prepare. "There are no wrong answers".. proceeds to tell you that your answer is wrong. No status updates on jobs either. If I hadn't reached out I would've been left hanging.

Entretien
Interviews were lengthy. I interviewed with four people. Questions were centered on prior projects, education and skill sets. I discussed projects and provided samples of my work. They did ask fir me to compete a task but gave me a very short time to complete it (while I was employed at another job.)
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente en févr. 2022

Very communicative interviewers who cared a lot about the work place fit in addition to the skills you bring. The teams seemed somewhat disjointed but there were a lot of benefits and good projects they were excited to share. Unfortunately the HR process is tedious and I didn’t get follow up after an interview or they hired internally. It seemed a bit unprofessional.
