Interview process spanned three weeks. First interview was with a member of HR and was an easy casual conversation. Questions included, "What role are you looking for? Why Kabbage?" Next interview was with head of Capital Markets and was a little more technical. I was asked what I was studying in school, excel questions, and why I was interested in Capital Markets.
