The interview process consisted of one round two part interview, each part was 30 minutes over Microsoft teams. It was mainly a behavioral interview, and very conversational however every interviewer is different. The first part of the interview would be with a a managing director and the second one was with a senior manager. They do tell you who you will be interviewing with before hand.

A fairly basic behavioral interview, they ask about work experience and challenges you had and might talk about your resume a lot also. make sure to ask relevant questions, or they may not get back to you.

Phone Interview, online assessment, assessment day (including final interview). The whole process took about 4 weeks, fast communication, questions were relatively straightforward. Assessment day includes a teamwork assessment. Overall it was a smooth experience.
