Entretien
I was recruited by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd through a college campus interview. Now KPIT has acquired SYSTIME so I was transfered to join SYSTIME.
Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude test
Test contained normal aptitude questions. Not so difficult.
2. Technical Aptitude Test
This test contained bit tough questions which were related to JAVA, C, C++ & Database. You could answer those questions only if you have studied deeply.
3. HR interview
HR interview went like any other normal HR interview. Confidence was the key.
Good interview detailed the entire process for the experience with technical and functional expertise. Lasted for atleast 45 minutes. had a technical guy evaluating ontot the various aspect of the systems and processes.

Entretien
The questions asked by the interviewer were below average. It seems the interviewer was in front of his laptop and asking questions. He wanted me to take him through the menu path of the standard application.
