Interview process was quick and easy. Interviewer joined on time. I faced 3rounds. Technical ,Manageral & HR. All technical questions were based on previous work experience. Manageral round was regarding their team structure and workflow process. HR round was OK. HR was very rude. Initially they were not ready to negociate. When I decided to drop the opportunity she came up with new CTC. However it was not meeting my expectations. Then she mentioned, " if you are giving me an assurance to join then only I will release an offer as it impacts on our KRA". Hence I did not go further.

Got a call through recruiter and was told about salary and other benifits. I was interviewed for two rounds. This was a small project with one of the clients that KPIT Cummins work with. 1) Recent work expereinces 2) Greatest strengths and weakenesses 3) Reasons for quitting another contract.
