First cover letter, Cv review. Then just one interview of about 1 hour. Pretty formal and the same day they let me know I was selected. Also I have to answer a case study which last around 30 minutes. In the interview panel there were around 3 people

Entretien
Organised and systematic. Included both oral and written tests. Asked interesting interview questions but a bit generalised understanding/ reading of CV and related applications by the interviewers. They prefer someonw with right attitude, personality, rather than the right qualifications.

Entretien
After the employer invites the candidate for an interview, they surprise you with a test that precedes the interview.
After the test, you get into the room where they'll interview you.
The panel usually consists of:
1- Country director.
2- Deputy country director.
3- The employee who's going to give you your training (optional).
