J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez KLNB (Tysons Corner) en sept. 2015
Entretien
I was contacted by email to set up an interview with the marketing director. She was very accommodating to my travel needs. I was contacted for an interview and a week later I went to my interview. That was followed up the next week with a skills test. And two weeks later I was contacted for employment.

Question 1
How would I be able to manage having brokers come in asking for a project to be completed while I'm already busy with another project
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez KLNB (Washington, DC) en juill. 2017
Entretien
I applied online, and contacted by the marketing manager to come in for an in-person interview over the course of a week. The process itself was speedy.
When I came in I met her and she was so friendly and humorous. We discussed my experience a bit while I got a thorough outlook of the firm's market behavior and some of the real estate clients they deal with. Shortly after she called in the rest of the team members and we sat around a round-table, and they asked me interview questions quite casually and the whole process felt very open and informal.
I waited for about a month, and the manager told me I did not receive the offer as they went with a candidate with more real estate experience. Although they had also been interviewing recent grads.
If you had a project-hand that was deadline sensitive, and then a client calls and insists they need you to work on their project first, how would you handle the situation?
