I was screened with a phone call by the Operations Manager. I was then given an interview date a few weeks later. I showed up to the interview and they told me if I was selected, I would be invited back for a demo day the next day at a local tow yard. I was invited back and told if Im selected, I would receive a call from the Hiring manager for a final interview. A few days after the final interview, I was called to offer me the position. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks.
