This is the worst interview experience I have ever had...
The interviewer looks so young and not experienced enough to be an interviewer, even though she is in a senior management position.
Seems that they just follow a list of interview questions they have set, but not responding much to the candidate's own skill set and past experience.
During the first interview, the interviewer planned to proceed me to the next stage right away but the Regional Director was not able to meet me on that day so she promised to get back to me on the meeting date. I sent a follow-up email with my availability to the first interviewer to check when's good for the next meeting. I received no reply so I sent another email to her again few days later. To my surprise, I didn't get any feedback until the interviewer approached me for another role almost 6 weeks after the first interview.
I sent her my availability and few days later, the interviewer replied that the interview will be on the next day without asking if I was good with it or not. I could not make it and requested other time slots in a very polite way, but I didn't hear from her anymore since then...
It is not a problem to let young people who have only 1-2 years’ experience to be senior manager, but possessing professional communication skills is a basic.
