1. 30-45 minute call that were similar, and in some cases the same, as the pre scripted interview questions in subsequent rounds, just asked by a different person. 2. Two portfolio pieces and a performance task, given about week or less to complete it but it takes two weeks to be graded 3. Three ~45 minute panel interviews with team 4. Final interview to “learn more about you” where I was asked, after two months in this process, if I was even interested in doing this work in this industry, confirming if I knew the role was in person, and more questions about my leadership. Overall, the process took a little over two months. I do wish there was more communication throughout each step so that if some time has passed, candidates are at least aware of what’s going on. Several interviewers expressed the “urgency” behind Kipp’s work but this was not reflected throughout the interview process. After all of this I received an email rejection with no response to my follow up.

Standard leadership, situational, and behavior questions. They asked at two different steps the same question of whether I knew Kipp’s community makeup and if I was basically aware and okay with that.

Entretien
Great conversational interview. Most questions answered and follow-up received. HR representative was very responsive with follow-up communication. Seems like a very strong team and rewarding place to work. Looking forward to what's next.

Entretien
Thorough process that involves multiple interviews and a performance task. Got to meet many different members of the team and ask questions about KIPP DC and the role. Great mission-driven team whose passion is evident!
