I am very impressed with KI's communication and interview process. The individuals involved in the recruiting from the bottom up have clearly communicated expectations and have all been on the same page with the company vision and structures.

Entretien
The interview process was a piece of cake. I basically just had to have a conversation with my boss and act like I could hold dialogue. You really don't need to do anything special in order to make it through this process. I don't think corporate has a standard interview process.

Entretien
Recruiter, multiple phone interviews, (1) face to face. Very focused on deeming that the rep has the ability to be consultative sales person as well as the ability to close complex deals. Multiple steps. The district manager is generally who interviews and is whom you are accountable t. Distric manager was not in place when I interviewed. So I met with a another sales manager. -who left rather quickly after I was hired. Sales team is not stable.
