Direct hire and the whole process will take less than 3 weeks. Overall experience was good and the salary was above average with my qualifications. Three people interviewed me and most the questions were about my experience and skills also some hypothetical senarios
Was great, easy, and they ask questions ralted to networking, programming, system admin, cisco, juniper, hp technology and leadership. In general all good and 1 hour length. One one one one one one one
