Pretty simple. They were looking for someone who was more willing to take the role of the job description because it wasn't going to be an easy one. They'll also ask for you I.D. and your social security just so you have eligible proof to work in the U.S. then after tell you that then run you name in a background check and if you pass all oft that. You're most likely to start work as soon as possible.

it was okay they offered one quickly through an email with many different times and dates that you can choose from and send emails and texts to remind you of when it is so you don’t forget
I was contacted by HR for a brief screening call. They confirmed my background, clarified my experience, and outlined the role, salary range, and expectations. This stage was straightforward and primarily focused on fit and availability.
