Quick set up of video interview. Call was friendly with two managers. Then I was told I would hear back within a few days that then turned out weeks to receive a standard rejection email. During the interview it became clear between the lines that overtime will be usual and expected.

I passed the talent recruiter round but didn’t get through the 45-minute hiring manager round. Honestly, it waIt wasn’t the most pleasant experience tbh— I felt the interviewers weren’t very interested in my resume from the start, and the interaction felt quite dry at times. After receiving the result, I tried to ask for feedback but only got a cold, robotic-tune email repeating that they had chosen other candidates due to “alignment,” without offering anything about “feedback”. I mean, Interviewees may spend time and energy preparing for these processes. Is it really so difficult to show some decency? Reading some reviews afterward, I can’t help but question whether the culture is really like this. It seems so. Anyway, interviews are a window into a company’s culture for candidates. I’m glad I have another offer in hand and don't have to work here.
