Two stage interview, and also a written test. First interview was with two people from middle management. The Second interview was with a partner. The writing test involved reading an article and identifying potential risks.

I had a call with their recruiter and later a discussion with a director over the phone. Later, I had to do a 4 hour assessment over zoom, that entailed 2 research assignments. After each, I had to brief my findings to multiple people and discuss.

Entretien
I spoke with 5 people (4 executives, 1 member of HR), mostly generic interview questions about myself and why I want to work at K2. All very friendly and easy-going. Interviews took place over two different days (with a week or so in between), and culminated with a 4/4.5 hour writing assessment.
