The Interview process involved filling out and form and then waiting for an interview with HR. The process was nothing unusual as were the interview questions. Overall it took maybe half an hour between entry and exit. Most of the time was spent waiting, so lots of time to review and prepare for the one on one interview.

I was taken to an office where I sat and the HR person asked me some questions and explained the role of sorter. I also had to fill out some general purpose paper-work. The interview didn't take very long, maybe around 15-20min at most.
