Online testing and Phone Interview. Phone interview was basic skills based questions, tell me about yourself, why do you want this job/to work for us, talk about a time you used.... etc

Assessment day with a few different tasks including interviews, a group task and a presentation. There was a really relaxed feel to the day to get the best from applicants - I loved being able to meet the graduates currently working there and we were given plenty of opportunities to ask questions. It allowed me to enjoy the day/process!
