I applied on LinkedIn and the next day was invited to book an appointment with their talent team for an initial call. As part of that I was sent guidance on how to prepare and what to expect from the interview process. I was kept informed at every step, was provided detailed, honest and helpful feedback following the initial stage interview and felt that my time and experience was respected. As a candidate I found the experience, efficient, refreshing and enjoyable and reflective of the value they place on their people. Other companies could learn a lot from Juro's approach to recruitment.

Entretien
First step was an intro call with Emily to see if it was a right fit. Then a 45-minute video interview with the VP of Marketing, Helena, The final part was 1:45 interview and presentation to the VP of Marketing, BDR Manager and Director of Content. Plus meeting two members of the marketing team to talk through values.
