They called for face to face .. and it took 2 rounds on white board ..nice and decent questions from DS and Logical thinking.. Then comes the round3 .. Cultural Fitness Where as no relevant questions asked ..simply for 30 min ..that engineering lead took out his ego..not even allowed to speak .. keep on accusing the things mentioned on resume . All they want is employees from reputed organisation if you have Ex- FAANG in your resume it values.. if not no point in applying and wasting time.
