The first round of interviews went really well. Be prepared to explicitly describe the process you would use to manage workflows from end to end. Know the difference between agile and waterfall methodologies. I was asked back from a second round and met with the head of change as well as HR. I'm not too sure why I wasn't successful but the interview process seems pretty straight forward. Just be prepared and know what you're talking about
