The first call was about trying to understand my background and my preferences. And then, I had calls with multiple people so that I could have a better idea of where I would like to start. I loved that from the beginning of the process, they had the perspective of what I wanted to do/learn and tailored my interviews around that. The whole process was very fast and had no unnecessary delays, which I really appreciated.
