1st round - telephonic interview was cleared and got a call from HR for 2nd F2F round. 2nd round - I got a call from HR for confirming my presence for the interview 2 hours before the scheduled interview. I reached there before time and waited for my call, 15 minutes past my schedule i was not called in for interview as i waited at the reception. when i contacted HR for information, then only somehow the managed to call me for interview. Again the panel of 2 persons took the interview only for 10 minutes! which i think was only a formality to complete the process on papers. the interviewer was continuously asking for my travel experience (how much travel I do) with the current job, however in their JD it was clearly mentioned that the job requires travel "rarely". OVERALL very unprofessional conduct by the interviewers, if they had already selected somebody else then why wasting others time. HR could have informed for interview cancellation.
