I got an interview call through employee referral. It consisted of 4 1:1 interviews that went about 45-50 min each. Most of the questions are based on pseudo codes in C, Java. Last interview had a few behavioral questions. There was one puzzle too. Quite a tough interview to crack . It went pretty well though. But I got a call from a recruiter after a week that they have hired someone with more experience.

It was online and the interviewer was very polite. He asked me some good tricky questions and I tried my best to answer those. Overall it was a good experience.

Once you notice the hiring manager and team conducting the interviews are Indians while you’re not one them, don’t waste your time.
They’re all same thing in almost every organization; it doesn’t matter how good you perform, you’re not getting that job.
These are the steps you need to take after you've gone through the whole preliminary hiring process of creating or refining a job description, advertised the job position(s), and interviewed prospective candidates. All of that is behind you and you've made the person an offer of employment.
