It started with first screening call where HR discussed about the budget for the role and they agreed to my ask. Later I had 2 technical rounds & 1 round with their CTO. After clearing all rounds HR told me that they can give me less than 30% hike on my current salary & told that I have to serve a bond as well for 1 year. ( Couldn't understand why experienced professionals are being asked to fill a bond). According to me HR should lay down all the facts in the first screening call & should not hide it. Also I felt that they are being manipulative in nature by hiding facts & revealing them one by one . When I asked them why you have so negative reviews, HR proactively boasted that they high work loads and if you are not able to do it you will get yourself into PIP.
