J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jungbunzlauer (Port Colborne, ON) en mars 2015
Entretien
Very hostile interview process. I had no prior experience with their process and they knew it well through the headhunter who recommended me. What I thought they will focus on are my tranferrable skills in Engineering processes and people management. Instead, the top guys from operations and manufacturing bombarded me with questions about why would I even think of applying to this position. Constant interruption was frequent.
One of the interviewers who was especially annoying kept staring at me to the point where I felt a bit awkward. Apparently the other one was his junior and in the middle of the interview he started scolding his direct report about how bad he is with plant housekeeping. Bad demonstration of company culture.

Question 1
What salary do you expect? (unprofessional question to ask a candidate recommended by a headhunter, salary discussions were uncalled for in the company interview)
(again interrupting me)....then may be you must ask for a lower salary for now and later ask for a raise when you prove yourself. why should I invest in an inexperienced person....blah blah blah (screaming)
