HR wrote me and told that my CV is interesting. We had a 30-minutes intro call. After that I was asked to pass aptitude test. It was also fine. The third stage was practical test and that was really strange. I asked to do a 4-hours audit (full keyword research, detailed technical audit and content plan. It was told that test task will be paid ($50 for 4 hours) but it seems really weird. In my opinion - company just looking for someone who will do the job for $50. 4 hours test is absurd.
