I had three skype calls with managers of different areas (customer service, corporate, accounting), 45 minutes each: personal questions + business cases.
The process last around 2-3 weeks, one call per week

why do you want to work for jumia? What is your Microsoft Excel level and tell me about some complex Excel worksheet you created? What do you know about Jumia? How would you choose the next geographical market we should approach?

Entretien
Average interview experience. Had a casual one-on-one twenty minute interview. The interviewer was friendly. The interviewer introduced himself and what the company does, then asked a couple of behavioral interview questions. No technical questions.
The second set of questions were about experiences listed on my resume, So I basically gave a walk-through of my resume with examples of how I succeeded in those roles.
After the interview, I was told I will be contacted within a week.
