Hello applicant, Thank you for your feedback. We use a 3rd party employment testing company as part of our interview process so we don't have control over the questions that are included. The testing does include an IQ component which is timed. Many candidates are not able to complete all the questions in the time given, we just ask applicants to try their best on the questions they are able to complete in the time given. We use testing as one of the screening measures in our interview process along with a traditional verbal interview with questions related to past employment experiences, and knowledge on the position the candidate is applying for.
