The process was really straight forward. Very personable. The interviewer was down to earth and provided thoughtful questions. I felt comfortable and at ease. I was able to share a lot about my personal experience and how it can leverage me for the position as a Recruiting Manager. The interviewer seemed really interested in what I had to say.
