Sat outside the store and the manager and I exchanged information about ourselves, our experience, and the job. Manager was friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.

It was a very easy interview process. Lasted less than 15 minutes but was taken in the middle of a very noisy mall making it hard to focus on answering the questions.
