Very simple process. It's more of a personality review, as with any sales job - they either like you or they don't.. you have to be able to sell your personality so you can make a connection with customers to get them to like you

honestly pretty easy. Open ended questions that require
1) situation
2) actions took
3) results
most people don't answer all three, but if you show potential and your open hours are good youre almost guaranteed a position.
