Entretien
Had a quick chat on the phone with a store manager, then a sit down with the store manager and area manager. I had an horrible interview, had to wait for over 1 hour to be seen. The manager spent alot of that hour talking about herself and asked if I could get discount at my old place of work. I observed her and she seemed much less professional than she said I would need to be. The manager touched my hair. The interview was unecessarily hard and felt like they were trying to trip me up. As someone with substantial experience in luxury retail, I was repeatedly told it is a sales driven role and asked whether I truly believed in what I explained luxury service was or whether I was "saying what she'd like to hear". The interview was condescending and enough to put me off working for the brand.

I have the Interview in concession in selfridges. I had the interview with store manager by 1 to 1, a cheerful conversation, the store manager was being so nice. the interview is around half an hour.

Very friendly and straightforward. Asked about my retail and admin experience - working with high end fashion. Interviewed by HR and shop manager on same day. Discussed base salary, commission, discounts and staff benefits
