The interviewee asked a few questions about my background and introduced me to the company. They also asked about my reasons for applying and my 5-year goals. I walked them through three of my portfolio projects.

Entretien
The interview was fairly simple and straightforward. We reviewed my work and talked about their past clients and working relationships. I spoke with several people on the team first someone in charge of hiring, then an account director and a creative director.

They asked if I was comfortable speaking in front of a client as a leader. They also let me know that I would definitely be staffed on one project in particular and it appeared that they would want me to have lots of face time with this client.
