I did one phone interview with two people at John Deere. They were both really friendly and it was a pretty basic interview. They asked follow up questions about my answers that showed they were really listening. They were very reassuring and we were even joking/talking about other things together by the end of the call. I would advise candidates to be themselves. They want to know that you are conversational and able to talk with customers in a friendly and professional way. It was a very positive experience. They got back to me by the end of the week and I was hired.
