I had a phone interview with one of the recruiters from their head office in the US, which was good. The interview consisted of general questions about myself, the job description and salary expectations. I got selected to do another onsite interview two days after, and when I went to the site in Toronto, the interviewer was very arrogant. He told me that because of my looks, I would be more suited in a larger corporation and that the company itself was an aggressive company and that they're always moving around due to the competition of the job market. It took only 10 minutes and I believed it was unprofessional because he didn't look at my resume and already had a fixed mindset on the outcome of the interview before I even gave a chance to showcase my qualifications.
