I found the position on Indeed and applied since it was in the afternoon/evenings. They called me to come in, I spoke with the Boss/Owner about the company for a little while and then took a short data entry/web search/typing test. The same day they called me back to offer me the job and I spoke with one of the other employees about what I needed to do to get set up and start posting jobs. It was a very easy and painless process.

The online application required both a skills and a typing test. Followed by an automated phone interview. Then, because this is a remote position, they followed up with a 1:1 phone interview .
