Lots of steps and "challenges". You have to submit a very long application that counts as a test of how you follow instructions. If you pass that, the next stage is that you have to send your resume, cover letter, essay of why a company should hire you and an introduction video, plus an english test and like a personality assessment. Once you pass that you finally get interviewed.

La entrevista fue facil pero todo el proceso es muy largo y tedioso. Complete todo el proceso y al final tuve una entrevista con cliente pero el reclutador no dio seguimiento

Several stages and they can go quiet for a while and expect you ready for the next interview in a short space of time. Other than that they are supportive and offer a relaxed atmosphere.
