J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jive Communications (Orem, UT) en févr. 2016
Entretien
The interview process for Jive (I applied for an worked in a few different positions) is fairly standard, as far as my experience goes.
The main person doing the interview is usually the manager a person would be working under. They ask the candidates about their experience, preferences, skills etc.
The resume is not really looked at (except the top line or two) - at least I didn't get that impression.

Question 1
What is your career/education plan for the next five years?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jive Communications (Orem, UT) en juin 2016

I interviewed with the manager and supervisor of the department, they asked me the regular interview questions "why Jive?", "where do you see yourself in five years?", it was not super intimidating, they were very nice and accessible. I was called in for a second interview a week later and here they asked more in depth questions, "why do you want to work in this department?", "what could you bring to the team?" and they also had me answer riddles that time, which was new and interesting to me, not weird or unwelcome by any means.

Question 1
Have you ever dealt with angry customers, and how did you handle it?
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jive Communications en mars 2015

Applied online on a Friday called in for an interview on Tuesday, immediately sent an excel spreadsheet test and then promptly asked to come in for a final interview the next day. Pretty normal interview set up. Walk in, the building is fantastic, amazing environment, felt extremely comfortable upon walking in. Was taken into an interview room, standard questions. Could tell that my interviews were extremely passionate and comfortable with Jive. Excel test pretty standard. Final interview had a rep from the accounting office. Strange questions, things like internal communication lines and how to disperse info within colleagues. But understandable!
