J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jimmy John's (Saint Paul, MN) en juill. 2010
Entretien
It was a very simple 1 on 1 interview in which the assistant manager went over the basics of my application and I elaborated where necessary. The manager then simply explained the job and I was able to ask questions as necessary. --The whole process simply exists to determine if one is competent and agreeable enough to be an employee there.
After the interview--if you've met their expectations--they will give you a sheet with all of their sandwiches on it which you have to memorize. After a few days you will take a test on it and if you knew over 95% of the sandwiches you will get the job. It's pretty easy.
Questions d'entretien [1]
