Entretien
Interview was pretty simple. Most of those who get to the interview process are referred by an employee that already works there. You go through a group interview first where they pretty much break down the entire position for you and give you insight to what you're getting yourself into. After they give you all the information, you fill out a quick 10 questionnaire. Then they give you Jimmy John's for lunch and basically just get to know you as a person and see how you interact with the rest of the group. After this they'll send you home and if they like you enough give you a call for a one-on-one interview.
The one-on-one was pretty much as laid back as the first one. They take your answers from the questionnaire and get to know your personality. They'll also take a look at your resume and have you explain some of your experience. They'll ask you why you want the position and see the questions you have. I recommend asking questions about their experiences since being at Jimmy John's. All in all, it is more based on personality and seeing how well you can interact.
After the one-on-one they take you and you do an oral drug test and then if you pass you'll be sent the background check.

Group interview with about 15 people in total. Make sure your energetic and hands on in the group environment, they're making sure you're a sociable person being your entire job is meeting new people face to face all over the country.

I interviewed in Champaign, IL at the corporate office. We were in a group of approx. 15 people. We watched a video about the company, there was a short Q and A, then we ate mini jimmies. Make sure you are friendly and outgoing.

Entretien
I just got a group "interview" which is what the called it. It was simply an information session. I prepared for questions and everything but not a single question was asked to the group. Just the interviewers talking at us and dropping the f-bomb 13 times in the span of an hour. I counted. So unprofessional and very male-centric as their language was sexist at times. Also, the job is just handing out sandwiches and working in the store. I didn't go to college to make sandwiches. So there's that. I just had an awful experience interviewing with Jimmy Johns and sincerely wouldn't recommend it.
