I received a call for a preliminary phone screening where they requested basic information such as my name and availability. Following that, I was invited for an in-person session where I underwent a drug test, and I completed the requisite paperwork on paper forms provided by the company.

Super easy interview, I got asked two questions and I was hired.
They were pretty straightforward questions, nothing too hard to answer.

Asked me what I knew about jewel Osco, my avaliability and what made me qualified for the job. Very simple questions and seemed like my answers didn't matter. Hired on spot.
