The interview process at JetBrains was structured, thoughtful, and respectful. It started with an initial screening call, followed by an interview with a Senior Designer, a take-home test assignment and a final interview with Lead Designer, Product Manager and Team Lead. The conversations were friendly but challenging, with a clear focus on problem-solving skills, design decisions, and communication. Although I didn’t receive an offer in the end, the overall experience was very professional and encouraging.
