Weird experience. I was contacted via LinkedIn and completed two interviews for a PMM role. Afterwards, the team suggested that a different position in Sales Enablement might be a better fit for me, which I appreciated. I went through two more interviews for the second role, but then communication stopped entirely. I followed up for feedback about a week later and never heard back.
In general, the process felt very unstructured. Emails often came at odd times (like Sunday evenings), and contained numerous typos, which didn't seem professional. Not every opportunity is the right one, but clarity and follow-through go a long way in creating a good candidate experience.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez JetBrains (Berlin) en mai 2023
Entretien
The interviewer was extremely uninterested in questions and in me in particular. After the interview they did not ask me if i had any questions about the company and told me they have a different position in mind for me. I took time to think, in a day replied in an email that I can look into that position and been ghosted for a month despite several pings from my side. After that I asked an JetBrains employee to check with the recruiters on my application and only after that I got an email with generic rejection.

What is the field of marketing you are most experienced in? Your previous experience
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez JetBrains (Paris) en août 2022
Entretien
1 interview with HR, 1 interview with teammates and product managers, Task, CMO interview
Pretty straight forward interview process which takes 3-4 weeks. Regular feedback and guidance from HR team! However the task was very particular and they expect exact results from the candidates- which was a bit unfair and immature. Probably will be improved for the next candidates. I had to do market research, research their competitors, prepare a proposal letter for their future partnerships(which was bizzare for a product marketing role).
